About Stretch Classes
Children need this right now more than ever!
STRETCH offers Kids Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness programs for children- from toddlers to teens, in childcare and education settings and in the local community. All classes are age appropriate and follow the developmental stages of children.
Our purpose is to inclusively teach as many children as possible, through mindful movement and breath, strategies that can help them have the best chance of a healthy, happy, successful life.
When our body, mind and breath are aligned and connected, change happens, we grow!

Children’s yoga is not adult yoga taught to children; it is very different. It is designed specifically for children. At STRETCH, there is an intention behind every step taught by a trained and qualified Kids Yoga Teacher.
STRETCH classes are structured with a specific format to deliver results. The Zenergy Yoga Teacher Training is the only Kids Yoga Certification in the world training Teachers in Yoga Therapy, which is exciting for creating change in STRETCH Kids.
